Q. "Are the linens provided and is the kitchen fully stocked?"

A. Yes, linens are provided and the kitchen is completely stocked with all the appliances and utensils you need. Just bring your own food! We also have a great area for grilling out by the pool.

Q. How far is Seaside from the house?

A.Seaside is about 1 - 1 1/2 miles from Gulf Trace...a wonderful walk or ride on the bike trail.

Q. May we bring a small pet?

A. Sorry, we don't allow any pets at Breezeway; however; the nearest kennel is close to the bay bridge area off of Highway 333.....the name is "Copper Kennel" - 850-267-2101

Q. May we bring our bikes and/or are there rentals close by?

A. Yes, there are wonderful bike paths and many places you can explore on bikes. There are several nearby places to rent bikes. Big Daddies Bike Rentals number is 850-622-1165

Q. Are there good places to eat in the area?

A. There is no shortage of really great restaurants in the area... from upscale, to beach cuisine, from rolly pollies to sushi, and every thing in between. Highway 31A is loaded with great eateries, and it doesn't make a difference which direction you head, you'll find it. And if you can't find it there, you can always find it in nearby Destin or Panama City. May we suggest a really fine dinner at Basmati's in Santa Rosa, nearby Creola's, or 30A. For fun nights with music and plenty of cheer, try the Red Bar in Grayton Beach, or Bud and Ally's in Seaside. If you go to Destin, try the Back Porch for great people watching.

Q. Where is the nearest grocery store.

A. There is a Wynn Dixie and a Bruno's store in the San Destin and are only about a 15 minute drive. There is a new Publix in Seaside. There are also several markets and specialty stores as well as many seafood shops in the area. Modica's in Seaside has various sundries and some great gourmet foods. To go towards San Destin, go west on 31A and turn left on Hwy 98. To go towards Panama City Beach, turn right on Hwy 98.
