We would like to introduce you to BreezeWay, our vacation beach house on the Florida Panhandle. While the web site gives you a visual tour of BreezeWay and the surrounding area, we want to share our personal thoughts on why we feel you and your family will enjoy vacationing at BreezeWay.

Prior to becoming owners of Breezeway, we had vacationed at Grayton Beach for 15 years. As we began looking for a vacation home, we were immediately impressed with Breezeway. Built with the vacationing family in mind, Breezeway has everything your family needs for a restful and enjoyable vacation. The house was designed to comfortably sleep 14 people. There are four bedrooms, each with a private bath. The loft area has a queen sized sleeper sofa. For families with small children, a porta crib is provided.

There is a growing number of people who visit the area, but do not want to be in the middle of the traffic, hustle and bustle of Destin or Sandestin. BreezeWay is in Gulf Trace, a small beachfront community just a couple of miles west of historic Grayton Beach. Our house is less than 100 yards from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

BreezeWay is less than five minutes from the Santa Rosa Beach Gold & Tennis Club, less than 20 minutes from the countless golf courses near Destin and less than 30 minutes from The Hombre Golf Course and Bay Point in Panama City Beach.

We are in the middle of some of the finest dining on the Florida Panhandle. In less than five minutes you can drive to Criola's, Basmati's, Bud & Alley's, Nick's, Goatfeathers, The Lake Place and many more fun and fine places to dine. Drive five more minutes and you can dine at Neena's, Bayou Anne's and Bayou Bill's.

While BreezeWay is centrally located to fine dining, golf, tennis and children's vacation activities, you can't beat it for peace and quite. Gulf Trace is bordered on the east by Alligator Lake, the north and west by hundreds of acres of sand dunes, sea oats and pines, and the south by the Gulf of Mexico. The most traffic you are likely to see is on Saturday and Sunday mornings when people are checking in and out of their vacation houses. More likely, you will see children on their roller blades and families on their bicycles. At BreezeWay you can get the relaxation that vacations are meant to be. For families who like to take their bicycles along, the entrance to Gulf Trace is located on the 20+-mile bike path that parallels most of Highway 30A.

We realize that the emerald waters of the Gulf are the primary attraction, however, some people can't stay in the sun for hours on end. BreezeWay has a pool, complete with a covered patio and observation deck for those times when the children want to leave the beach, but still want to be in the water. With over 600 square feet of deck and observation tower, BreezeWay has plenty of room for you and your family to have the space and privacy you want. The private pool is just outside the back door and the gulf is just a couple of minutes away.
