BreezeWay is nestled in the Gulf Trace community, surrounded on three sides by forest preserve, virgin pure sand dunes, and emerald ocean. From the tower you'll have a 360° view of the surrounding lakes, beaches, and forest.
The pool is right out the back door. The back deck area provides shade. There is a Weber charcoal grill area and an outdoor shower. The area is surrounded by privacy fencing.

A fireplace on the third floor family room provides a cozy winter retreat.

BreezeWay has over 600 square feet of screen porches. A charcoal grill is available pool side.
